Note: This token is only for YOUR store. It's completely safe and only you have access to it.

Step 2: Cloudflare Setup (Optional - 10 Minutes)

This is optional but highly recommended for maximum performance!

Why Cloudflare? Cloudflare allows us to serve your LLM files at the perfect URLs like /llms.txt instead of /pages/llms-txt. This is optional but recommended for maximum AI crawler compatibility.
⚠️ IMPORTANT - Shopify Domain Setup: Before setting up Cloudflare, you MUST configure your Shopify primary domain correctly:
  1. Go to Shopify Admin → Settings → Domains
  2. Find www.yourdomain.com and click the three dots (...)
  3. Click "Set as primary"
  4. This ensures www is your primary domain (apex redirects to www)
Why? Cloudflare Workers work most reliably when www is the primary domain. This ensures your LLM files serve correctly on all platforms.

Complete Steps:

Step 1: Create a free Cloudflare account at cloudflare.com
Step 2: Add your domain to Cloudflare (click "Add a Site")
Step 3: Follow Cloudflare's instructions to update your domain's nameservers at your registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.)
Step 4: Wait for DNS propagation (usually 5-30 minutes, check status in Cloudflare dashboard)
Step 5: Verify your DNS records are set correctly:
  • www → CNAME → shops.myshopify.com (Orange cloud enabled)
  • @ (apex) → A record → Shopify's IP (Orange cloud enabled)
These should be automatically imported from your existing DNS
Step 6: In Cloudflare dashboard, go to My Profile (top right) → API Tokens
Step 7: Click "Create Token"
Step 8: Use the "Edit Cloudflare Workers" template
Step 9: Set permissions:
  • Account → Workers Scripts → Edit
  • Zone → Workers Routes → Edit
  • Zone → DNS → Edit
Step 10: Under "Zone Resources", select "Include → Specific zone" and choose your domain
Step 11: Click "Continue to summary""Create Token"
Step 12: Copy the API token. After your scan, you'll be prompted to add this token for advanced optimization.
That's it! Our app will automatically:
  • Deploy a Cloudflare Worker to serve your LLM files
  • Create routes for /llms.txt, /llms-full.txt, and /voice-search.json
  • Make your store AI-optimized with perfect URLs
Note: After setup, allow 24-48 hours for Cloudflare's cache to warm up and for optimal page speed. Initial deployment may show temporary speed drops that resolve automatically.
