2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate store information
• Maintaining your Shopify store access
• Complying with Shopify's terms of service

3. Payment Terms

One-time optimization fee: $99. Optional monthly updates: $29.99/month. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied with the optimization results.

5. Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for any changes to your store's search rankings or sales. SEO results may vary.

6. Termination

You may cancel monthly updates at any time. We reserve the right to terminate service for violation of these terms.
